Co-organised by ECHO ASIA Communications, Baba Yaga Consultancy, and Ripple Marketing, and sponsored by Invest Hong Kong and RainForest Capital Global Company Limited, with the Business Environmental Council as strategic partner, B:COMING 2026 – Hong Kong’s first-ever value-led business summit – successfully concluded on 22 April 2026. The event brought together over 200 business leaders, founders, and visionaries from Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Taipei, Japan, Thailand, the UK, Spain and Switzerland, with all tickets sold out.

The summit provided a strategic platform for cross-sector dialogue on the B Corp™ movement’s development in Hong Kong and across the globe, proving how value-led strategies are driving commercial success.
Over 30 C-suite leaders, founders and visionaries from B Corp™ companies worldwide shared their firsthand experiences and management insights across 9 core panels and keynote topics – including consumers’ mindset analysis, technology applications, supply chain ethics, B Corp™ certification, and marketing approaches for creating shared value.

Morning Panel Discussions: From Consumer Insights to Certification
The morning sessions explored the real-world dynamics of sustainable business. Panels examined whether consumer interest in sustainability translates into purchasing behaviour, how marketing can evolve from traditional client-agency models to co-create shared value for brands, communities, and talent, and the journeys of companies that have pursued B Corp™ certification – from the motivations behind the decision to the tangible impact it has created.

Afternoon Interactive Sessions: Beyond Capitalism
The afternoon opened with an interactive session challenging participants to reimagine the future economy, asking whether we can build a safe, just, and inclusive society for generations to come. Subsequent panels delved into ethical supply chains as a strategic advantage, technology innovations that benefit people, planet, and profit, and succession planning for purpose-led companies – exploring how mission-driven organisations can build resilient structures and empower future stewards to protect both commercial performance and the integrity of their mission.

Closing Keynote: Shaping a Better Future for the Next Generation
Professor Wong Kam-sing, GBS JP, former Secretary for the Environment of Hong Kong SAR Government, delivered the closing keynote, expressing his delight in seeing Hong Kong lead value-led conversations across Asia and promoting the shared responsibility of B Corps for the environment, customers, workers, community, and corporate governance.

Mr. Samson Tong, founder of ECHO ASIA Communications, a co-organiser of B:COMING, shared his vision: “Hong Kong has around 40+ B Corp™ so far, and the business community is still at an early stage in understanding what it means to become a B Corp™ and the benefits it brings. Therefore, we organise B:COMING to bring in world-class insights and business opportunities to Hong Kong enterprises, and connect leaders from B Corp™ around the world to advance sustainable business practices. 360° Sustainability: From Business Trends to Community Impact
In keeping with B:COMING’s commitment to positive social impact, 30% of all ticket proceeds were donated to the Hong Kong Pain Management (Critical Illness) Caring Foundation, helping spinal nerve pain and cancer patients on their path to recovery – because building a better world of business means leaving no one behind.

The summit also demonstrated sustainability through its food and beverage choices. Lunch was provided by Rooot from Tsuen Wan, which supports local agriculture and grows its own ingredients on a rooftop farm. Beverage selections included in lieu (Hong Kong’s first premium aluminium can water brand), Crushed Wines (a female-founded sustainable wine brand), Breer (which upcycles local bread waste), and Coffee BOAT (which practices direct trade to ensure source transparency and support local communities).
